The learning need
Staff needed task-level clarity about approved tools, appropriate information use, and how to apply AI to their work. Leaders needed a shared operating model and a practical adoption plan.
Client engagement / Association management
An association management organization had already introduced AI tools and written an initial policy. The next step was to connect those foundations to everyday decisions, practical learning, and a system the internal team could maintain.
Staff needed task-level clarity about approved tools, appropriate information use, and how to apply AI to their work. Leaders needed a shared operating model and a practical adoption plan.
A four-week engagement connected discovery, platform decisions, governance, hands-on building, staff learning, and handoff. The team worked with information boundaries and approved prompts alongside practical tool use.
The organization’s team built an event staff briefing agent in Copilot Studio using its event documentation. The engagement also produced a responsible AI framework, a prompt playbook, an adoption dashboard, and a six-month roadmap.
A useful training plan can connect individual learning to team-owned artifacts: an agent, a review process, a clear owner, and a roadmap. The documented outputs demonstrate delivery; they are not a quantified claim about future productivity or return on investment.
